These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bint OS. By
creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Bint OS is a multi-tenant business operating system: CRM, finance,
projects, WhatsApp / email front desk, copilots, and the related
automation engine.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You
are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything
done under your account. Each organisation account (“workspace”)
must designate at least one owner.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Bint OS for illegal activity, including spam, fraud,
harassment, or the distribution of malware
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-evade the platform
- Send unsolicited bulk marketing in violation of the destination
channel’s rules (Meta WhatsApp opt-in, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, POPIA)
- Misrepresent the AI assistant (“Bint”) as a human
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the
currency on your subscription. You authorise us to charge the
payment method on file for renewals until you cancel. Cancellation
takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you put into Bint. You grant
us a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, display and process
that content only as needed to operate the service for you.
We do not train foundation models on your content. We may use
de-identified, aggregated usage signals to improve the product.
6. Channel and integration terms
When you connect a third-party integration (Meta WhatsApp / Facebook
/ Instagram, Google Workspace, EcoCash, SmilePay, etc.) you agree
to that provider’s terms in addition to these. You are responsible
for opt-in, consent, and channel-policy compliance for messages you
send through Bint.
7. AI assistant (“Bint”)
Bint’s copilot and front-desk responses are generated by AI. They
are an aid, not a guarantee. We’re not liable for decisions made
solely on AI suggestions; review before acting on
money-touching or client-facing output.
8. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime but the service is provided “as is”
and we don’t promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled
maintenance is announced in advance.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bint disclaims all implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid
us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for
indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for any reason on 30 days’ notice. We
may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (security,
acceptable use, non-payment). On termination you can export your
data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted (subject to
legal retention).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe
unless your subscription order states otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
Material changes are emailed to account owners at least 14 days
before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date
constitutes acceptance.
